It is been an exciting couple of weeks here at NCsoft with the first official unveiling of Aion: Assault on Balaurea at gamescom and the expansion is content coming onto our public test servers shortly after that. During the character transfer process, the transfers are not restricted and capped by what source server you are from. They are restricted and capped by what the destination server is. If you could not transfer off Zikel, this is because all the other servers for your race had already met the cap for transfers for this round. Part of the update to our transfer service was the implementation of an automatic safeguard that dynamically prevents transfers that would have a negative impact on the balance of a server. In short, this update will help improve server balance over time.
